Our General Policy

At FloraTV, we provide a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased and activated. We encourage all potential customers to use our free trial period to evaluate the service before committing to a purchase.

When Refunds May Be Granted

We believe in fairness and will consider refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Major Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical problem from our end that prevents you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of you reporting it.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you have been accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Your internet connection is not fast or stable enough to use the service.
  • You are not satisfied with the channel lineup or content (please use the free trial to check this before purchase).
  • Your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Please send an email to support@floratv.net with the following information:

  • The subject line: "Refund Request"
  • The email address associated with your FloraTV account.
  • Your order number or transaction ID.
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Your Refund

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
